Our Home Energy Upgrade reports provide fabric element energy targets and mechanical service requirements to achieve your required energy rating. As part of our Home Energy Upgrade report one of our experienced SEAI registered assessors will visit your home to carry out a measured building survey, this survey is then used to create a three dimensional energy model which gives us your properties baseline energy performance. Using your retrofit priorities we discussed in our preliminary meeting with you, we then model various retrofit scenarios and analyse the results to produce tailor made upgrade options which include detailed fabric element specification, mechanical services design, proposed energy performance, carbon emission reduction, comfort levels, savings and grants available.
