U-value calculations are carried out in accordance with ISO 6946 & BR443, as required under the Technical Guidance Document Part L 2019, we use Builddesk U finite element analysis software to carry out our 1d heat flow analysis UValue Calculations.
Interstitial Condensation Risk
Condensation can result in damage to the building fabric. A Condensation Risk Analysis evaluates the likelihood of interstitial condensation within your fabric element.
Surface Temperature Frsi Calculation
The Irish TGD Part L 2019 & BS 5250:2011 require you to show compliance with a minimum surface temperature (Frsi) factor of not less than 0.75 for all building junctions to avoid mould growth and condensation.
